The Centre ensures that patients who have difficulties to mobilize themselves are provided with wheelchairs and trolleys to facilitate their entrance in the centre. A member of the staff is always present to provide all necessary facilities to make you feel comfortable.
KORC operates from 9 in the morning till 9 at night. All appointments are taken at the reception whether it is for an orthopaedic consultation or for physiotherapy treatment. The receptionist also does the vetting of all documents for insurance purposes. The centre has two direct lines and a fax including a mail for easy communication.
There is plenty of reading materials and a tv at the reception to keep those who accompany patients busy.
